With reference to your letter of 27th

September, 1929, I am directed to inform you that,

after careful consideration, Goverment is prepared

to allow you to maxe a further test of "Colfix" on

a portion of New Territories road which has been

freshly laid with macadam. An equal length will also

be treated by the Roads Office of the Public Works

Department for the sake of comparison. I am to request

that you will arrange the details direct with the

hoads Office of the Public Works Department.
